Membership and cancellations

Membership
The annual registration fee is £200.00 inclusive of VAT. This is for a maximum of twenty evening bookings; daily childcare bookings can occasionally be agreed and accepted in an emergency. Daily, overnight and out of hours bookings made with less than 48hrs notice will be charged as additional bookings.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel the babysitter within 24 hours of the booking time, a mobile number is available for out of office hours or emergencies (07985445851)
Once a babysitter has been allocated it will be classed as a booking. The babysitter will need to be paid the minimum three hours for cancellations with fewer than 48 hours’ notice.
Night nannies

Babysitter’s rates:

There is a minimum booking time of three hours:


Daytime rate before 7pm ........................£16.00 per hour

Evening rate after 7pm ........................... £15.00 per hour


Special rates apply at Christmas and New Year.

One-off babysitting placement rates

We can also provide a one-off babysitting service. The agency fee for this is £20.00 for an evening booking (after 6.30pm), £30.00 for after school bookings (3.30pm - 7pm), £30 for overnight bookings, £35.00 for daily bookings and £50 for twenty four hour bookings.
 

The nanny/babysitter's hourly rate may vary according to experience & availability.


PLEASE NOTE: Payment is required at the time of the initial booking. Once payment has been transferred a search for your requirements will be carried out. You will then receive a call from your nanny/babysitter to introduce herself and confirm your booking.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare until payment has been made.
