The Surrey Nanny Agency will provide a nanny to suit your family’s requirements. We work with families across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and London.

We will listen to your specific needs, advertise your position, and email curriculum vitae of potential candidates. We will be at hand to discuss any concerns you may have and negotiate terms of business with any nannies that you feel may be suitable.

Permanent placement fee structure

Unlike other agencies that charge a percentage of the nanny's salary therefore pushing for a higher salary to be paid to the nanny our fees are set by the required days and calculated in two stages for temporary and permanent placements ensuring we are able to negotiate the best salary for you:

A permanent placement fee (8 weeks and over), as set out below, is payable within 14 days of the start date of the candidate’s placement.


1 day per week £1,000.00

2 days per week £1,350.00

3 days per week £1,650.00

4 days per week £2,500.00

5 days per week £2,800.00

6 days per week £3,000.00

7 days per week £3,500.00

Live-in positions £3,200.00

Flexi weekend placements £1,250.00

Full weekend placements £1,500.00

Employing a Nanny 

If you employ a nanny in the United Kingdom you have the same legal responsibilities as a commercial employer irrespective of the country of origin of the nanny or employer or the duration of employment, therefore the law requires you to:
  • Register as an employer 
  • Set up and operate a PAYE (Pay As You Earn) scheme on your nanny's behalf 
  • Keep tax records on their behalf 
  • Provide your nanny with regular payslips 
  • Provide them with an employment contract 
  • Pay regular income tax and national insurance contributions 
  • Pay employer's national insurance contributions 
  • Contribute towards your nanny's pension 
  • File an employer's annual tax return 
  • Have employer’s liability insurance in place
We are able to offer services in payroll, HR, pensions and insurance to ensure your nanny employment needs are covered.

One key advantage to our payroll package is if you decide to change your nanny during the year, the package can easily be transferred to your new employee with no additional costs.

Our annual subscription is just £250.00 This package includes comprehensive payroll services specifically tailored for nannies.
